lunch is served from 12:30pm, thursday to saturday. the meal begins with a selection of snacks from both sea and land, followed by your choice of starter, main, and dessert. the lunch menu is priced at €65, or you can experience the full menu for €95.

we open for dinner from 5:00pm, offering the full tasting menu, along with a quicker pre-theatre option available from 5:00 to 5:45pm. the dining experience begins with flavours from the sea and land, followed by a series of dishes that highlight the finest ingredients from our network of irish producers. inspired by our travels, the menu blends skilled technique with an element of spontaneity, all while focusing on sustainability.

the dinner tasting menu is €120 per person, with the pre-theatre option priced at €85.

for groups of 8 or more, we offer the full tasting menu with main courses served family-style, perfect for a more convivial dining experience.

all menu's are available with an optional beverage pairing to enhance the meal.
