a cocktail journey to the islands of Ireland, focused on our zero-waste philosophy and the connection between bartender and chef. served alongside patrick o'sullivan’s cromane oysters and our allta burger with hand minced 40 day aged woodtown jersey patty, no messin bakery fermented potato bun and shiitake miso butter.

live DJs until late Thursday, Friday, and Saturday on our bespoke Toby Hatchett sound system.
